Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soft butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 well-beaten egg
- 1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce
- zest of 1 orange
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin tins with canola oil. Cream butter and honey. Add egg and milk. Blend in cranberry sauce and orange zest. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir cranberry mixture into dry ingredients. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake 20 minutes, until lightly browned. Do not overbake !
