Ingredients

    oz. box spaghetti

  • 1

    jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce

  • 1

    package mild Italian sausage

  • 1

    large package shredded Mozzarella cheese

  • 1

    green pepper, diced and sauteed

  • 1

    medium onion, diced and sauteed

  • 2

    tsp. oregano

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees 1. Brown sausage and drain off grease. Saute green pepper and onion, mix into sausage, add oregano and spaghetti sauce and set aside. 2. Cook spaghetti noodles 2 minutes less than package directions then drain water off spaghetti. 3. Pour noodles into sauce/sausage mixture and add 1 cup of the Mozzarella cheese. 4. Stir well and pour into a buttered 9 x 13 baking dish. 5. Spread rest of Mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 20-30 minutes.
