VANILLA SUPERFUDGE BROWNIE
- 1 cup coarsely chopped superfudge brownie
- sweet cream base
- 2 tsp. vanilla
About 1 hour before making the ice cream, place the brownies in a bowl, cover and freeze.
Prepare the sweet cream base; adding the vanilla with the cream.
Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze.
After the ice cream stiffens (about 2 minutes before it is done) add the brownies, then continue freezing until the ice cream is ready.
