Ingredients

  • Meatball mixture
  • 1 pound ground hamburger
  • 3/4 C. rice
  • 3/4 C. water
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1/4 t. garlic powder or garlic salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • Sauce mixture
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together meatball mixture and form into meatballs. It will be very loose. Place in crock pot. Combine sauce ingredients pour over meatballs. Cook in crock pot on high for 5 hours or low for up to 10 hours.

(the sauce can be doubled)
