Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat pita bread, cut crosswise in half
  • 1/4 cup NUT•rition™ Energy Mix Berry Nut - Peanut Butter with Cranberries & Peanuts
  • 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
  • 1 small carrot, shredded (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced sugar snap peas

Preparation

Step 1

SPREAD insides of pita halves with peanut butter, then marmalade.

FILL with vegetables.
