Ingredients

  • 3/4 c chopped onion
  • 1/2 t parika
  • 1/2 t black pepper
  • 1 32 oz froz Southern Style hash browns diced
  • 2 T butter, melted
  • 1 10 oz can condensed cream of chicken
  • 8 oz velveeta light
  • 2 c crushed cornflakes

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat to 350

Combine 4 ingredients and 1 T butter in a large bowl, toss well.

Combine soup and cheese in a med micro safe bowl. Microwave at high 6 mins or until cheese melts, stirring every 2 mins. Stir in sour cream. Pour cheese mixture over potato mixture and stir well. Spread mixture evenly in 9 x 13 baking dish.

Combine cornflakes and remaining 1 T butter , sprinkle evenly over poatto mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour .
