Molasses Spice Cookie (Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp Cinnomon
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Xanthen Gum
  • 3/4 c Butter, melted
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 Cup Molasses

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredience and shape into a large ball and store in the refrig. for 2 hrs or more.

Prehead oven 350 degrees. Using cookie scoop (2 Tbsp size) make balls and then roll them in sugar and place on parchment lined cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake 12 mins Let cool. Makes 30 cookies
