Ingredients
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 lg onion chopped
- 2 (1 oz) pks dry ranch dressing mis
- 2 (1.25 oz) taco seasoning mix
- 2 (11 oz) cans white shoepeg corn, drained
- 2 cups water
- 1 (16 oz) can black beans, undrained
- 1 (16 oz) can pinto beans, undrained
- 1 (16 oz) can kidney beans, undrained
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes

Step 1
In a Dutch oven, cook hamburger and onion til meat is browned and onion tender; drain. Add remaining ingredients, blending well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 hours.
Serve with grated cheese, sour cream and fritoes or cornbread.
