  • 1 9" Pie Shell, uncooked
  • 3 Tbl Butter
  • 1 leek, Chopped
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbl Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 5 Tbl heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Saute leeks and bacon in butter.

Whisk eggs, mustard, cream and cheese

Mix with leeks and bacon.

Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes
