Chocolate Freezer Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 squares semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup chilled whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. confectioner's sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Blend sugar and butter until fluffy. Blend in melted chocolate and vanilla. Beat in eggs 1 at a time on high.

Pour into prepared pie shell, cover and freeze overnight. Serve with whipped cream.
