Ingredients
- coconut frosting mix substitute :
- 1 package pound-cake mix
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 slightly-beaten eggs
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 package coconut frosting mix
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- white fluffy frosting mix
- and 3/4 cup coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9 baking pan. Combine pound cake mix, melted butter, and eggs. Bake 15 minutes or until very light brown. Cool for 10 minutes. Over low heat in a small saucepan, melt the unsweetened chocolate and butter. Stir in the coconut frosting mix, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla. Spread atop cooled cake, and bake for 25 minutes or until the top is shiny and slightly cracked.
