Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup non-dairy whipped topping, divided
- 1 (3-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (3-ounce) package instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup shaved chocolate or toasted coconut
Preparation
Step 1
•Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Combine flour, nuts and butter in medium bowl; press firmly in bottom of 9" x 13" pan. Bake for 15 minutes, then allow to cool.
• Beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth.
• Stir in 1/2 cup of the whipped topping. Spread over baked layer.
• Mix puddings and milk; spread over cream cheese mixture.
• Top with remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping.
• Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
