Chocolate Swirl Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted

Step 1
1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8 1/2- x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
.2Add the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar to the bowl of an electric mixer; mix on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the eggs, bananas and yogurt; beat 1 minute. Add the flour, baking soda, salt and vanilla; beat until airy and smooth, about 1 minute more.
.3Remove 3/4 cup of batter to a small bowl. Add the melted chocolate; mix until smooth.
.4Spoon the banana batter into the prepared loaf pan, then spoon the chocolate mixture on top. Using a table knife, swirl the two batters together.
.5Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from the pan to cool thoroughly before cutting.
