Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tbls all purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons table salt
- 2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon dehydrated garlic
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a jar or small container. Mix well.
Use 2-3 tablespoons per 1 lb of ground meat.
