Ingredients
- 1 C. quinoa, rinsed and drained
- 2 C. water
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and diced
- 1/2 C. dried berry blend
- 1/4 C. slivered almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Add quinoa, water, banana, cinnamon, and vanilla to a saucepan, bring to a simmer, and cook for about 15 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Mix in nuts and berries, then top with milk, honey, sugar, or maple syrup if you'd like.
