Ingredients
- 2 Tb. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 lbs. young spinach leaves, rinsed, drained, and stemmed
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic, (about 1 clove)
- 1 Tb. balsamic vinegar
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper , to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the oil. Add the greens and saute until softened, about 2 minutes. Stir in the garlic and vinegar. Cover and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
