Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cream cheese and orange juice; beat until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well. Stir in pineapple and pecans. Pour into a 10x6x1 3/4 inch pan. Freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature briefly before serving.
