Oven Baked Potatoe wedges

Ingredients
- As many potatoes as you want
- Olive oil
- Seasoning salt

Preparation
Step 1
Scrub potatoes, cut in wedges
Toss in a bowl with Olive oil
Sprinkle with seasoning salt
Spray cookie sheet with pam or else they will stick to pan, then put potatoes onto cookie sheet for baking
Keep in a single layer as much as possible
Bake at 375 degrees for about an hour
If you want more crispy, go closer to 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Sometimes I stir them during baking .
