  • 5 t evoo
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • 1 t sherry vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 lb uncooked peeled, deveined shrimp
  • cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

1) combine oil, lemon, vinegar, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper; add shrimp; toss to coat. cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

2) remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade.

3) coat a grill rack with spray; heat grill to high heat. cook turning once til shrimp cooked through. about 2-3 minutes per side.
