Cheese Tortellini Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 1 - 16 oz jar Alfredo pasta sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 - 9 oz pkgs refrigerator cheese filled tortellini
  • 1 - 14 oz pkg frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Parmesan croutons, slightly crushed (otional)

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, combine Alfredo pasta sauce, water, basil and pepper; mix well with a wire whisk. Stir in tortellini and broccoli. Spoon into ungreased 11 x 7-inch glass baking dish. Cover with foil; refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake covered for 45 minutes.

Uncover baking dish; stir well. Sprinkle croutons evenly over top. Cover; bake an additional 15 - 20 minutes or until bubbly and thoroughly heated.
