Mushroom Onion Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 (10.5 ounces) can condensed French onion soup
  • 1 ( 4 ounces) can muchrooms, drained
  • 2 cups water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in rice and cook just until lightly browned. Mix in soup, mushrooms and water. Bring to a broil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 25 minutes.
