Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 (10.5 ounces) can condensed French onion soup
- 1 ( 4 ounces) can muchrooms, drained
- 2 cups water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in rice and cook just until lightly browned. Mix in soup, mushrooms and water. Bring to a broil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 25 minutes.
