- 1 \2 c cooked black beans
- 1/3 c frozen corn, cooked
- 1 c diced Roma tomatoes
- 1 T diced red onion
- 1 T chopped fresh cilantro
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch fresh ground black Pepper
