Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 (15-oz.) cans refried beans
- 1 (4-oz.) can diced green chiles
- 1 to 2 c. salsa
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (6-oz.) container guacamole
- 1 (2-1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 c. green onion, chopped
- 1-1/2 c. sour cream
- tortilla chips
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet over medium heat; drain. Add salt and pepper; set aside. Spread beans in lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan; spoon beef mixture over top. Top with chiles and salsa; sprinkle with cheeses. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Top with guacamole, olives, green onion and sour cream. Serve with warmed tortilla chips.
