Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tb. olive oil
- 3 c. cremini mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 c. chopped proscuitto
- 1 Tb. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a medium nonstick skillet. Add mushrooms, kosher salt, and garlic to pan; saute 4 minutes or until moisture evaporates. Remove from heat; stir in proscuitto and parsley.
Good with Filet Mignon with Cabernet Sauce and mashed potatoes with chives
