Ingredients
- 2 T. butter
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1 carrot diced
- 1/2 c. corn
- 1/2 c. peas
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 lb cooked lobster
- 1/4 dried thyme
- salt and pepper
- pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375. Melt butter in a medium skillet over mediumheat. Add oion and carrot. Cook stirring for about 5 minutes add corn and peas. Stir in flour anc cook one more minute. add milk and chicken broth stirring constantly. Cook until the sauce begins to thicken about 5 minutes. Then remove from heat add thyme and lobster and season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture into a baking dish cover with pie crust and bake about 35 minutes.
