Quick Raviolli

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg ravioli
  • 2 cups frozen vegetables
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

To boiling water add 1 package ravioli, in the last few minutes add 2 cups frozen veggies, rinse and drain, set aside. Sauté 2 cloves of garlic peeled and then sliced in 2 TBS olive oil. When garlic is tender, not brown, add the pasta and veggies and toss to coat with oil. Sprinkle with 2 TBS balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
