Ingredients
- 1 4-oz white chocolate baking bar, broken in small pieces
- 1/3 C Heavy Cream
- 1 C softened Butter
- 1 2-lb package of Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 C Heavy Cream
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Microwave chocolate and 1/3 C cream until melted and smoother. Stir every 30 seconds. Let cool to room temp. (About 30 minutes)
Beat butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, ¼ C cream, 1 Tbs at a time, beating at low speed until blended after each addition. Beat in salt and chocolate until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla.
