White Chocolate Confection

Ingredients

  • Cups each:
  • 1 1/3 (scant 4 cups) White Chocolate
  • Rice Chex
  • Corn Chex
  • Frosted Cheerios
  • 2 Cups each
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Dry Roasted Peanuts
  • 2 bags--11 oz. Mint M & M’s (today they are down to 9.9 oz!!... is about 3 cups)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate in double broiler. Heat until quite hot, more than just melted, but not to boil. It’s easier to mix and gives you more time to work with the cereal.

Mix Together all dry ingredients in large bowl.

Pour chocolate over dry mix and coat each piece evenly.

Spread on wax paper in a thin layer to dry.

Break apart when cool.
