Appetizers: Healthier Ranch Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 ounces) fat-free plain yogurt
  • 2/3 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • Assorted fresh vegetables

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together the first 13 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve with fresh vegetables. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 8 servings.
