Smoked Salmon Dip

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese or Neufchâtel
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 T fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T capers
  • 2 T finely chopped red onion
  • 2 T chopped fresh dill
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, coarsely chopped
  • Raw veggies, breadsticks, or crackers



Step 1

Combine first 6 ingredients in food processor & pulse until blended. Stir in salmon. Serve with veggies, breadsticks or crackers.
