- 8 oz softened cream cheese or Neufchâtel
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 2 T capers
- 2 T finely chopped red onion
- 2 T chopped fresh dill
- 4 oz smoked salmon, coarsely chopped
- Raw veggies, breadsticks, or crackers

Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in food processor & pulse until blended. Stir in salmon. Serve with veggies, breadsticks or crackers.
