Ingredients
- 1/2 C Chocolate Syrup
- 1/3 C Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 C Rice Krispies
- 1/4 C Sour Cream
- 1 Quart Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, Softened
Preparation
Step 1
Coat bottom and sides on an 8 inch pie plate lightly with butter. Combine syrup and chips in a double boiler and melt until smooth. Reserve ¼ C of the chocolate mixture. Combine remaining chocolate mixture and cereal to coat cereal. Press into bottom and sides of pie plate.
Freeze 15 minutes or until firm.
Combine reserved chocolate and sour cream and mix well. Spread ½ of the ice cream in the pie crust. Drizzle with ½ of the sour cream mixture.
Top with remainder of ice cream and drizzle with remainder of sour cream mixture. Freeze pie, until firm (about 1 hour).
