Pecan Pie (Betty)

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 C Karo light syrup
  • 1 C sugar
  • 2 Tbs margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 C pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Stir together first five ingredients. Add nuts. Pour into shell.

Bake for 50-60 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Alternative Baking: bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
