Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 C powdered sugar
- 4 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- yellow food coloring
Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter and cream cheese in a mixer until well blended. Gradually add powdered sugar and lemon juice until light and fluffy after each addition. Add a couple of drops of yellow food coloring.
Makes 3 cups of frosting (frosts 24 cupcakes with 2 Tbs each)
