Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chopped red onion
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1 1/2 cup packed kale leaves
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp feta cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet combine onion, oil, oregano, and salt to taste and cook until onions are tender. Add kale and stir to coat with seasonings. Cover pan and cook for 1 to 2 mins. Sitr in red pepper flakes and add cheese and serve.
