Peanut Butter Kisses

Ingredients

• Cream above together and add:
• 1 C peanut butter
• 1 C shortening
• 1 C sugar
• 1 C brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 C milk
• 2 tsp vanilla
• Beat well. Mix the following:
• 3 1/2 C flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking soda
• Add and mix well. Make 1-inch balls and roll in sugar.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Bake for 8 minutes.

Press a candy kiss in each cookie and bake for 2 more minutes.

Yields 6-7 dozen cookies
