Fried Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 medium size cauliflower
  • 1 cup seaoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hot cooking oil

Preparation

Step 1

Break cauliflower into flowerets. Cook small amount of boiling salted water about 10 minutes; drain. Combine breadcrumbs flour, salt, and pepper. Coat cauliflower with flour mixture. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
