Southwest Chicken & Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed cream
  • of chicken soup
  • 1 C water
  • 1 C Pace Thick & Chunky Salsa
  • 3/4 C uncooked regular long-grain
  • rice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 C frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
  • 4 skinless, boneless, chicken breast
  • halves
  • 1/2 C shredded Mexican Cheese blend

Step 1


stir 1st 6 ingredients in 12"8" shallow baking dish

top w/ chicken
season chicken as desired
cover

bake @375 for 45 min or until chicken & rice are done
top w/ cheese
