Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce can of low-fat crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup fruit-sweetened Blackberry Jam
- 3 Tablespoons nonfat Milk
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon grated Lemon Peel
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven as directed on crescent roll package.
Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place 1 ½ teaspoon of jam in the center of each triangle. Fold the long ends of the triangle over each other, making a smaller triangle. Seal the seams with a fork.
Put 1 tablespoons of the milk in a small cup and brush each turnover. Bake as directed on crescent roll package until light brown. Place on a wire rack or clean plate to cool.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smooth. Spoon glaze over the slightly cooled turnovers and serve immediately.
