Biscuits With Sweet & Creamy Pumpkin

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg /can Pillsbury Biscuits-flaky
  • 1/2 can Mashed Pumpkin
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 6 Almonds, ground

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut hole in each biscuits with small cookie cutter. Mix pumpkin with sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla extract, then combine all ingredients well. Fill each biscuit by spreading it in middle like doughnut. Place small dough cut-out lightly on top and sprinkle with almond pieces. Bake for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle with some more almonds. Serve with coffee, tea or milk.
