Ingredients
- l lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 (15-oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15-oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. Italian dressing
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Paula Deen's House Seasoning
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- Paula Deen's House Seasoning
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- (can also add onion powder)
- Mix and store in airtight container for up to 6 months.
Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot, cook hamburger till brown. Add onion and garlic; sauté until transparent. Add the water tomato sauce, tomatoes, and all seasonings. Allow to simmer 15-20 minutes or till tender. Add macaroni and simmer 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Remove bay leaves.
