Cathy's Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2/3 cup half N half (or milk)
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine
  • ¼ tsp white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp minced garlic
  • 8 oz. fettuccine, cooked, drained
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, half N half, butter, white pepper and garlic in medium saucepan; cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.

2. Toss with hot fettuccine. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
