Karin's Pistachio Pie Dessert

Ingredients

  • For crust; 1-1/2 Sticks margarine
  • melted.
  • 1-Cup chopped nuts,
  • (walnuts).
  • 1-1/2 Cup flour.
  • 2-Tbsp. Sugar
  • Filling; 1-Cup sugar.
  • 8-oz. Cream cheese.
  • 1/2 of 12 oz. cool whip.
  • Topping; 2-Small packages of pistachio
  • pudding.
  • 3-Cups milk.

Preparation

Step 1

Crust; Mix ingredients and pat into bottom of pan, (9"x13").
Bake 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes until lightly brown. Let cool.

Filling; Beat cheese until creamy, add sugar and cool whip. Spread mixture over crust.

Topping; Mix and pour over cheese mixture. top with remaining cool whip and chill well.
