Ingredients
- Rub:
- 4 boneless chicken breast
- Oil for ddrizzling
- 4 tbs Israeli Spice Rub (recipe to follow)
- Warm pita or flat bread (opt)
- 1 1/2 tbs sweet peparika
- 1 1/2 tbs ground cummin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (opt)
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in a shallow dish. Drizzle with oil to lightly coat. Rub chicken liberally with spice rub. Let stand 10 minutes.
Grill chicken in preheated grill pan, nonstick skillet or gas grill until juices run clear.
Serve chicken in a warm pita bread with a tomato salad and a green vegetable on the side.
