Beef Bulgogi

Ingredients

  • 2-4 lbs lean beef, thinly sliced
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced/grated
  • 2-3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 c soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • Dash black pepper
  • Accent, if desired
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except beef. Add beef, mix by hand until thoroughly coated. Cover, refrigerate 6-24 hours, mixing occasionally.
Stir fry and serve with steamed rice.
