Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 10 ounces egg noodles
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 16 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- Green onions to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef.
Cook noodles until done.
Combine all ingredients well, saving half of Cheddar cheese to top the casserole. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
