Ingredients
- COOKIES:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 1 15 ounce container of whole milk ricotta cheese
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- FROSTING:
- 3 ounce package cream cheese
- half cup butter (room temp.)
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Beat together butter and sugar. Add eggs slowly, then ricotta, then dry ingredients.
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 12 MINUTES
FROSTING:
Mix together all ingredients.
Frost cookies with your fingers.
