Ingredients
- 1 lb cabbage coarsely shredded
- 2 qt water
- 1/4 c salt
- 1/4 sugar
- 5 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 c milk
- 1 c buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Boil cabbage 4 minutes in water, salt, and sugar. Drain. Combine other ingredients for sauce. Pour over cabbage. Sprinkle crackers over top. Bake 325 degree oven for 45 minutes.
