- 2 cups cooked turkey breast, cubed
- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup sweet red peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup pecans, toasted, coarsely chopped
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/3 cup fat-free raspberry vinaigrette
