Ingredients
- Lime Butter:
- 2 fresh or thawed salmon filets
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 - 1 tsp fish sauce
- pepper
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp scant salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Set oven for 410 F.
Pat the filets dry, then place on a rectangle of foil large enough to seal up.
Dribble on the fish sauce - not too much because it's very salty.
Sprinkle on each the dried dill.
Grind on some pepper.
Wrap up each filet and bake in oven approx 10-15 minutes depending on thickness of filets.
Lime Butter Sauce:
Puree garlic with lime juice, salt and pepper in a blender or with a hand blender.
With the motor running drizzle in the melted butter until emulsified - about 30-40 seconds.
Keep in the fridge until ready to spoon over the baked filets
