Orange Glazed Haddock

  • 1 lb fish cut into four pieces
  • salt pepper
  • paprika
  • 1 T butter
  • 1/2 c orange marmalade
  • 2 t dijon mustard



Step 1

Arrange fish in plate, salt and pepper and paprika. Then dot with the butter. Cover folding back one side to vent. Microwave for 5 mins, drain.

Mix marmalade and mustard in a bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Spread this over the fish, recover and cook 1 - 2 min. more, til flakey
